5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to meet bonus conditions by artificial means, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided. abc 365 reserves the right to identify suspicious bonus activity.

5.4 Promotion Caps

In any promotion, a member will not receive more bonus than the specified amount stated in the offer description. Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — withdrawal is only possible after the turnover requirement has been met.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless abc 365 decides to void the bet due to a technical error or the publication of incorrect odds.

6.2 Incorrect Odds and Software Errors

If clearly incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, abc 365 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the deposited amount. Taking advantage of such technical errors is prohibited.

6.3 Network Disconnection

abc 365 is not liable for any loss resulting from an internet disconnection during betting or gaming. The server-side record of the game is considered final.

6.4 Betting Across Multiple Accounts

Placing opposing bets on the same match or event through multiple accounts to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
